AcoustiStep is a 3mm thick underlay designed for use under floating laminate and timber floors. It is a natural rubber with a closed-cell structure giving excellent sound absorption qualities. AcoustiStep will quieten transmitted sound – a very important tool in making your home quieter. It will also protect your beautiful floor from any moisture which might come from the subfloor with its built-in moisture and vapour barrier and incorporates an overlapping film for extra moisture protection at its joints. This is crucial for a long, trouble-free life for your floating floor.
